I then went to front desk to advise of my issues with wrong room & filth… we were moved to the right type of room, which was also unsanitary and in need of multiple repairs. Not sure if we will go back to this location.įirst hotel room (which was not the room I booked & paid for), was dirty & I have pictures to prove this. The fruit tasted like it had been frozen and thawed and then frozen and thawed again. Breakfast the next morning was just 'ok'. We also had to ride the elevator with a huge cleaning cart by ITSELF.not sure who left it on there. Our room wasn't even ready when we got there at 3pm. Seemed like the management had changed since our last visit a year ago when everything was perfect. Holes in the wall where someone had opened the door too wide. No light fixture in the bedroom except a small lamp. I had taken some food to heat up in the microwave and couldn't even stir it because I didn't have a spoon! Also, had to go down to the desk at midnight after getting back to the room from our concert to get pillows, sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed. We stayed in this room a year ago and I believe they had all of those things.
Umm.no.they had a microwave, mini fridge and a small sink in the 'living room'. Website advertised it as having a 'kitchenette'.
We got the king suite so it was two rooms. Second time here because the 1st time, we loved the room.
